Recruit A Team Of Sub-Affiliates And Earn Easy Residual Income On Every Sale They Make With...

The HearandPlay.com Sub-Affiliate Program

With the HearandPlay.com sub-affiliate program, you have the opportunity to recommend the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program to your visitors, customers, subscribers, opt-in e-mail list etc... and the opportunity to build a huge sales team of sub-affiliates (also known as "sub-associates"). For each sale that one of your sub-affiliates make, you earn a percentage of their sales! And this translates into extremely easy residual income....

How It Works...

While the concept is pretty straightforward, I think explaining how the HearandPlay.com Sub-Affiliate Program works is best done with an example...

Let's say that you decide to recommend the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program to a few of your customers and subscribers because you've been really pleased with the commissions you've been earning as a HearandPlay.com affiliate, and you think they could really benefit from this kind of easy income as well.

You send your customers an e-mail, recommending the program, and at the end tell them that they can sign up right now by clicking on the link:

http://www.hearandplay.com/at.cgi/YOURID/affiliate.html

Note: "YOURID" would be replaced with your ID#

For the sake of this example, let's say that you e-mailed this offer to your newsletter subscribers and 100 people signed up as your sub-affiliates by clicking on this link and joining. Since your unique affiliate ID number [YOURID] would appear in the link above,  all sign-ups that you refer are automatically recorded by our special software as your "sub-affiliates."

Okay! So 100 people signed up as your sub-affiliates. Good job. So now what do you do? Nothing! Because we take care of the rest...

We e-mail all of your sub-affiliates, just like we e-mailed you when you were a new affiliate, and we show them how to promote HearandPlay.com 's affiliate products to earn the same great commissions you've been earning.

Now your 100 affiliates are pretty excited because you did a really good job of telling them about the benefits of belonging to this program, so many of them follow our promotion instructions right away. And within a few days, many of your sub-affiliates start making sales!

How You Make Money...

Of course, you may be wondering how you're going to profit from this. Well, like we mentioned earlier, we'll be paying you a percentage of each sale that your sub-affiliates make:

For Each Product Sold By Your
Sub-Affiliates...

Your Sub-Affiliate Earns... You Earn...
Secrets to Playing Piano By Ear Course (300 pgs)

$15.00 commission $5.00 commission
Piano Player Plus Software

$15.00 commission $3.50 commission

As you can see, your sub-affiliates earn the same high commissions you do promoting the affiliate products because we pay you a percentage of the sale above and beyond the commission that they're earning!

Every time one of your sub-affiliates sells a 300-pg piano course, they earn a $15 commission... and you automatically receive a $5 commission! Every time one of your sub-affiliates sells a copy of the Piano Player Plus software, they earn a $15 commission... and you earn a $3.50 commission!

It works the same way for all of your sub-affiliates! Once you've recruited sub-affiliates, you earn easy extra income from every sale that they make. Pretty nice, right? And extremely profitable!

How Much Will I Earn?...

Well, that depends on how many sub-affiliates you recruit. But to give you an idea of how potentially profitable recruiting sub-affiliates can be, let's do the math using our earlier example...

You recommend the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program to your newsletter subscribers and 100 people sign up as your sub-affiliates. Now, to be realistic, let's say that out of those 100 people, 80 of them don't sell very much and that 20 of them sell 16 courses each and every month (that's an average of almost 1 sale every other day).

20 sub-affiliates X 16 course sales each X $5 commission per sale = $1600 per month!

That's $1600 per month in commissions for you -- and you didn't do anything but recruit these sub-affiliates! Of course, this doesn't include the handful of sales those other 80 sub-affiliates you recruited will probably generate. And it doesn't include the commissions you'll still be earning by promoting the HearandPlay.com affiliate products on your own site! With more sub-affiliates... and from your own personal sales... you can earn checks that are much bigger than this even!

Heck, even if you recruit fewer sub-affiliates than this... and earn only a handful of sales yourself each month... wouldn't an extra $400 each month... even an extra $800 each month... really make a difference for you?

How Do I Promote The HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program To Recruit Sub-Affiliates?...

The most effective way to recruit a large team of sub-affiliates is through an informative e-mail or article that clearly explains the benefits of being a HearandPlay.com affiliate, including your own personal recommendation, explaining how you have personally profited. However, we have also created some banners that you can place on your web site to promote the program as well. (Click here now to see the banners.)

Remember, many people have never heard of an Affiliate Program before and may have no idea what you are talking about until you explain it in "laymen's terms" and show them the benefits. Simply mention that you have found a company that will pay very generous referral fees for placing their banner on your site."

Then be sure to use your personal URL with your unique affiliate identification number:

http://www.hearandplay.com/at.cgi/YOURID/affiliate.html

... to direct people to the sign-up page.

Note: "YOURID" would be replaced with your ID#

If you just tell them to go to the site and check it out without explaining the benefits of being an affiliate, they'll have no reason to make the effort and click on the link. You have to show them that the program is "free" to join and will earn them substantial revenue without a lot of work on their part. They get paid for posting a link to us... it is as simple as that!

Who Should I Promote The HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program To?...

The people who are going to be interested in signing up for the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program are web site owners. These are the people you want to be targeting...

Now there are a few different ways you can reach this audience, and the strategies you choose will depend largely on the resources you have at your disposal. For example, if you have a newsletter, you are in luck. It's easy to include an article about the benefits of joining an affiliate program with your affiliate URL.

However, if you don't have a newsletter, but you participate in some business related forums or e-mail discussion lists, you could mention it there.

Here are a few other ideas:

  1. Owners/Editors of Newsletters -- You can contact owners and editors of successful newsletters and persuade them to include an article you have written or a small classified ad promoting the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program. Position your offer to the owner/editor as a great chance to give their subscribers an invaluable business opportunity.

  2. Your Newsletter -- If you have an online newsletter you distribute right now that goes out to web site owners or people interested in earning income online, it is a perfect way to recruit sub-affiliates with relatively little effort on your part.

Whether your subscription base is 200 or 20,000, it is a great opportunity for you to promote the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program to a large audience with almost no work. You could even have a special edition of your newsletter that just talks about this opportunity. If you don't have a newsletter, but have a friend that has a newsletter, ask them if you can plug the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program in the next edition of their newsletter.

  3. Your Opt-In E-mail List -- If you have an opt-in e-mail list, e-mailing them a personal letter of recommendation is another easy way to recruit sub-affiliates.

  4. Forums, Newsgroups, E-mail Discussion Lists -- Talk about the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program in appropriate forums, newsgroups, and e-mail discussion lists, tell people about your personal experience with it and why you recommend it, and then tell them that they can sign up too by clicking on your affiliate link. Keep it short, sweet, and informative. You don't need to hype it, because people won't believe you. Just be honest, and let people know it's a good opportunity that you think they could benefit from, too.

  5. Autoresponders -- If you currently have an autoresponder that gets sent to your clients for whatever reason, you could add a little blurb about how you have earned some healthy referral fees from HearandPlay.com. You could then state that you have an article that shows exactly how you did it so they can copy you (and then instruct them to e-mail an autoresponder which gives them all the details on the Affiliate Program).

The possibilities here are endless. You could even advertise your autoresponder promoting the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program in online classified ads as a business opportunity and have the respondents either go directly to the site or e-mail your autoresponder for more details. Use your imagination.

  6. Surfing the Web for Perfect Candidates -- We have a few affiliates that spend time surfing the Web and manually finding big web sites that are related to business or have business owners visiting them to present the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program to.

Usually they send them an e-mail and then follow up with a phone call (as usually the e-mail goes unanswered if it is a high-traffic web site -- it is much more powerful to contact them by phone -- this also shows your seriousness). Even if the phone number is not listed on the site, it is easy to go to http://www.internic.net and look up the phone number of the owner to contact directly.

This technique can be very powerful. If you just get a couple of big sites to join the program, you earn really high sub-affiliate commissions from their high sales volumes (it can add up to thousands of dollars every month for years and years to come -- as long as the web site keeps selling the products). All for a few days work getting through to the right person who makes the decisions for the web site regarding this kind of thing!

I know of one affiliate who has made this his part-time job. He contacts high-traffic sites, and shows them the benefits of joining. He simply explains that it is a no-risk opportunity for them to increase their online income, pointing out that they can cancel at any time. He even tells them that it's a good way to use up unfilled advertising space on their sites!

  7. The Most Important Technique - Follow Up -- What I mean by "follow up" is to always go after the same audience at least twice. Many times some of your audience will miss the information the first time around (they could be too busy, or it's just not the right time, etc.). It has been our experience that our response doubles with the second notice. In other words, if you got 100 people to join the first time, 100 more will join when you do a follow up.

Newsletter Follow up -- If you sent out a special newsletter edition with all the details, mention it predominantly in not the next issue, but the issue after that. Then mention it as a little caption or classified ad in every regular issue after that. This will drastically increase your response. It could be as simple as saying, "To learn how I made $800 in a few days with a Free Affiliate Program, go to http://www.hearandplay.com/at.cgi/YOURID/affiliate.html ."

Note: "YOURID" would be replaced with your ID#

E-mail Discussion List Follow up -- Be careful how you follow up here as it may seem like advertising and you can get in a little hot water. You want to wait for 2-3 weeks and then have a little post to remind people about it -- but nothing too blatant or forward as you don't want it to come across as advertising. The perfect opportunity would be to tie a plug about the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program into the answer to someone else's question.

Forums and Newsgroups -- You can get away with re-posting (or posting it in a different form) in appropriate business newsgroups once in a while, but be careful in forums. As mentioned above, you don't want to come across as advertising so it is best to have the "follow up" mention the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program by somehow tying it into answering a forum posting.

Customer or Lead Lists -- Find a way to incorporate a small note about it in a future e-mail to your customer base or lead list, reminding them of the opportunity and where to go to get more information on it.

This should give you a few ideas of how you can promote the HearandPlay.com Affiliate Program to recruit an army of sub-affiliates and start earning this easy residual income for as long as your sub-affiliates promote the HearandPlay.com affiliate products... that could be for many, many years!

How Do I Find Out How Much I Have Earned In Sub-Affiliate Commissions?...

  • View the summary of your stats since you started as an affiliate

Here is a chart to help you to reach your monthly goals...

If you want to make ... You will need about ... and about 15% of them will be active they make 16 sales a month (each) # of sales x $5 commission Your personal sales ...
$560.00 / month 30 Sub-Affl 4 Sub-Affl 64 sub-affiliate sales $320.00 $240.00    (16)
$935.00 / month 50 Sub-Affl 7 Sub-Affl 112 sub-affiliate sales $560.00 $375.00    (25)
$1480.00 / month 75 Sub-Affl 11 Sub-Affl 176 sub-affiliate sales $880.00 $600.00    (40)
$1950.00 / month 100 Sub-Affl 15 Sub-Affl 240 sub-affiliate sales $1200.00 $750.00    (50)
$3150.00 / month 200 Sub-Affl 30 Sub-Affl 480 sub-affiliate sales $2400.00 $750.00    (50)
$3710.00 / month 250 Sub-Affl 37 Sub-Affl 592 sub-affiliate sales $2960.00 $750.00    (50)
$4350.00 / month 300 Sub-Affl 45 Sub-Affl 720 sub-affiliate sales $3600.00 $750.00    (50)
$6750.00 / month 500 Sub-Affl 75 Sub-Affl 1200 sub-affiliate sales $6000.00 $750.00    (50)

Is this chart realistic? Let's see...

This is as realistic as it gets! Anyone can reach these goals with the right attitude --- and the determination to build their sub-affiliate team.

  • First, let's start by noticing that I only used a 15% active affiliate rate. This could very well be higher. I just wanted to show you how much you could make with lower affiliate involvement. With all of the banners, links, and tools we offer affiliates, I guarantee you that more than 15% of your affiliates will be active!

  • Secondly, I used 16 sales as the constant for each level. This could very well be much more than 16 sales a month (per affiliate). You might hit the jackpot and recruit a webmaster who owns a newsletter of over 50,000 subscribers! However, this is a good number (1 sale every other day) just to estimate the number of sales per affiliate each month.

  • For your own personal sales, I have kept them to a minimum. Who knows... you might get 50 sales your first month. Again, these are just minimal figures so that I can get you to understand that your commissions can be much more higher than the numbers above!

Good luck and I look forward to seeing you at the top!
